Per-view campaigns without emptying the pool
A rate per thousand views is only safe if two approvals cannot spend the same remainder.
A per-view campaign is a pool of naira and a rate per 1,000 approved views. A creator submits the post and a view count. You approve the count you believe. The payout is the rate times the views, and it cannot be more than the money still in the pool.
The dangerous case is two people approving at the same moment, both reading the same remainder. The update only sticks if the pool still holds the figure that was read. The loser of that race does not pay. Inflated counts can be forfeited, and the forfeit is recorded on the submission.
Fund the pool only after the brand is verified. An unfunded campaign is not a place creators can submit to. A funded one from a business nobody checked is not a place we put on the public list.
